*CHANGE OF MIND RETURN POLICY FOR ONLINE PURCHASES ONLY

We want you to be completely happy with your Shortlist experience. If you have made a purchase online and change your mind, we offer an online return policy. 

The following terms and conditions apply to purchases made online for full priced items only, not sale items.

If you are unhappy with your item/s, we will accept your return for a full refund. Returns must be sent back to us within 7 days of receiving your order to be eligible for a full refund.   

Full priced items must be returned in their original condition, with tags attached and no signs of wear. Proof of purchase is required and should be included when returning the item/s. All shipping costs of returned items are the customer's responsibility and will not be refunded.

If you decide to return an item, please email us at info@shortlistshop.com.au so we can look out for your parcel.  Once we receive the return, your credit card, Paypal or Afterpay account with be credited within 7 days.

Should you wish to return an item that was purchased in store, the following terms and conditions apply.

Should you change your mind, we will offer you an exchange/credit note only for full priced items returned within 7 days of purchase.

Sale items cannot be returned for change of mind.

Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Please note, the above policies are in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (Victoria) and Consumer Guarantee in relations to defected/faulty goods.
